- Does this map show open houses too?
- Yes, as its own layer. Homes with a scheduled open house get their own red pin, separate from general for-sale listings, so you can see exactly what's open right now versus what's just on the market.
- Does this map show sold homes too?
- Yes. Toggle the "Sold" layer to see closed sales from the last several months, the same data that powers Connor's comps and home-value estimates, plotted right on the map.
- What does "Pending / Backup Offers" mean on the map?
