What this site actually does, straight from the person who built it: the live map, the GPS "near me" search, and why there's nothing on here trying to sell you an ad.
Why this page exists
You scanned the sign, and here you are. I'm Connor. This site has been a work in progress since I got licensed back in 1998 — there wasn't a "website thing" back then, but the idea was always the same: build a system people can actually use without getting buried under the nonsense so many real estate sites bury you in.
You won't find ads for other agents here, and you won't find ads for outside industries either. (At some point I'll add a short page of the people I actually trust — inspectors, plumbers, electricians — the kind of referrals that matter.) What you will find is the real thing, mapped:
- What's for sale, sold, and coming soon, plotted on an actual map of the Santa Clarita Valley, not a list you have to imagine onto a street.
- Turn on your location and the map centers on your own neighborhood: homes for sale near you, what's sold near you, what's pending.
- Every listing shows the agent and the days on market, straight from the MLS feed, not someone's spin.
- If I'm hosting an open house nearby, this page shows you — that's exactly how you got here.
- No GPS? No problem. You'll still see the next open house scheduled, sorted so you're seeing what's fresh, filtered by price and location however you want it.
Beyond the map, there's real content here for both sides of a deal: Mello-Roos, property taxes, HOAs, and the questions homebuyers and home sellers actually need answered before they act.
