I represent sellers only, and I spent 20 years at LAPD before real estate. Both of those shaped a simple belief. People deserve access to good information without being harvested for it. When a buyer trusts the process because nobody tried to trap them, that is a better buyer walking through my sellers’ homes. When a homeowner researches the market with no pressure, that is a more confident seller when it is time to list.

Respect scales. The sites that trap you are optimizing for a quick lead. I am optimizing for a reputation in this valley that outlasts any single deal.
