That is my sign, and I want to tell you exactly what it does, because it is not what most open house signs do.

Most open house signs point at a house. That is it. You follow the arrow, you find the door, and if nobody grabs your name at the table, you are gone. The sign did its one small job and the marketing ended at the curb.

What the sign actually does

Follow the arrow and you find the house, same as always. But scan that QR code, or type the address into your phone, and you land on a live search system that shows you every home and every open house currently listed across Southern California, not just the one you are standing in front of.
