Welcome to SantaClaritaOpenHouses.com. Before you start your search, take three minutes and let me introduce myself and the promises I make to every person who lands here, client or not.
Who I am, and what this site is
I’m Connor. The room behind me in that video is my headquarters, and this site is the local service I run out of it. Every single home listed for sale through the Multiple Listing Service shows up here, across the Santa Clarita Valley and all of Southern California, including every open house.
I built an artificial intelligence overlay into the system and trained that model to be receptive, to understand what you are actually asking, and to answer as honestly and completely as it can. Ask it the hard questions. Ask what is wrong with a property, what is happening in a neighborhood, where the market is really heading. It will respond.
There is a lot of data on this site. Some of it you will not care about. But my sellers, in particular, like to see where the data lines fall, because they are getting conflicting information from every syndication site on the internet, and most of those sites have an agenda.
My guarantees, before you search a single home
These are not marketing lines. They are the rules I run this site by.
Your information stays yours. You will never be asked to hand over your name, email, or phone number just to search or look. I do not sell your data. I do not hand it to third parties who pay handsomely for it. The big syndication sites do exactly that. This one never will.
Free access, around the clock. Every MLS listing and every open house, open to you any hour of any day, seven days a week, whether you are my client or not.
Straight answers. The AI built into this site is trained to be honest, faithful, and complete. It is not here to spin you toward a sale. Ask it anything.
Undivided loyalty. I represent sellers only, and I have since 2021. No dual agency. No favors. No standing on both sides of a deal. I spent a long time as a police officer, and I do not think I should owe anybody anything except the client whose name is on my agreement. When I work for a seller, my eye is on that seller, 100%.
Full transparency on referrals. If you are buying and you do not have an agent, I am happy to run interference and point you to one of a small, vetted group I trust to represent buyers well. Yes, I earn a referral fee when I do that, and I am telling you so right here, up front. The one exception: if the home you want is a property I personally have listed, I will not even make the introduction, because I will not put myself anywhere near the appearance of a conflict.
A real education, at no cost. Buyer, seller, or just testing the waters, you get the same access to good information. I believe everybody deserves that, with no gate and no catch.
